i was going to put this in Other Sports but this part of the forum has less "eccentrics" on it. Just wanted some advice please. I hurt my hand maybe 4 weeks ago and altho my knuckle (the middle finger, "punching knuckle" rather than the one in the middle of the finger) well it swelled a bit but the swelling has more or less gone down but now my hand all round that area feels all busted up and hurts in certain positions. I didn't have gloves on at the time and I wasn't scrapping either.
Feel a pussy as a non-boxer when some people on here must have this as a fact of life.......how long do they take?....I don't think it's broken.
