Did you know you can make 40 defences of a 'world' title nowadays, and still retire as a virtual unknown.

Bennie - Dutch Boy is a bit of a legend amongst boxing anoraks.

This is the organisation that once had Jonny Nelson as its heavyweight champion.

LOL yeah this guy. Boxing Monthly had him down as Samson Toyota at one time. Always wondered who this mysterious guy with the whopping great unbeaten record was. He does have early wins over Cruz Carbajal and Genero Garcia so he can't have been a complete fake.

This, technically, makes Dutch Boy the winner of more world title fights than any man in boxing history. Julio Cesar Chavez comes second with an astonishing 31 world title wins. Third to Dutch Boy is the immortal Joe Louis, who won 26 world title fights. Then comes Ricardo Lopez with 25 world title wins. The legendary Henry Armstrong won 24. Former featherweight king Abe Attell won 22, along with a better known name, Muhammad Ali. Larry Holmes won 21. Wilfredo Gomez, Khaosai Galaxy, Myung-Woo Yuh and Eusebio Pedroza all won 20 each.

To be fare to 3K Battery he did make some defences against unbeaten fighters - just because they hadn't actualy had any fights is a minor detail.

You can imagine the ring announcer "...and introducing the undefeated challenger!!!....."
