young boxer should stay amateur to develope there skills .

I don't believe the young amateur boxer should not turn pro until they have develope there skills. I have been to several national championship tournaments and i have seen young boxers many them don't have the basic boxing fundamentals. We should make these guys stay amateur so they can better there skills & become better pro's. For one it's not all so great as people sell it to be. If you are not with a good promoter, good manager or have a sponsor with deep pockets you will struggle. One lose and you are a opponent not a prospect. So save you self. Boxing is not the job that you want to have to learn everything on your first couple of days. Learning one the job means getting beat up.
