Nathan Cleverly vs Bomber Bellew (Has Bomber got the balls?)

Post by likethisone »

Clev has no opponent for tomorrow night.

Has Bomber Bellew got the cahones to DEMAND that he fight Cleverly on Saturday instead of McKenzie?

Cleverly is up for it.

Is Bomber???

He'd take the fight in a heartbeat.

Let's be realistic here though, can something which is potentially massive going to be arranged with three days promotion? I think not.

That would be sweet but more a case of would the promoter put it on now - I doubt that very much.

Terrible news!! I hope Clev is still on the card, maybe Ajisafe if he's in semi good shape? But it's likely he won't be fighting not many guys will be in step in at this short notice to fight a guy like Nathan Cleverly

has cleverly got the balls?

i can safely speak for bellew here when i say he would jump at the chance.

he would fight him for nothing! theres nothing more he would like.

but are you really as stupid as i think you are?

do you honestly believe these 2 could fight each other on 3 days notice, with no time for promotion and no time to negotiate what money and what belts would be on the line?

grow up will you soft lad! this has the potential to be a great fight that could possibly be for a world title and a huge, huge domestic rivalry, but you want to sort it out on 72 hours notice hahaha the word stupid is an understatement. :KO: :witzend: :KO:

Keep dreaming son, Yes is my answer and No Chance is the reality... I cannot take someone serious either who goes by the name "can he ko him" grow up pal and have a look in the mirror if you can bear what you see... Good luck in future ;-)

It's a bit of an ask to expect him to take it at this kind of notice. I'm sure Bellew would jump at the chance if given it, though.

Saying that, I'm pretty sure the UFC would throw these two together in similar circumstances. Especially when the PPV has collapsed the way it has today.

Didn't anyone see Bellew's last fight? I'm no expert but would say Clev would take him apart.
Sosnowski would be an ideal match up for Delboy tho- be a better fight than with wlad...

Cleverly is 23 and is several levels ahead of Bellew who is 27. That says a lot.

Bellew needs to up his standards and stop celebrating as if he won a world title when he beats bums.

With this statement you show everyone that your boxing knowledge is worse that your spelling buddy.

You make the above claim and then a little further down the thread you say Tony will be ready for Nathan in a year
