I just seen it on Fox Sports News, he looked gutted with the result, he held his arm up thinking he won.

I just watched it. It was a great fight. Vic dropped him early but mares came on string. Oddly Vic fought on the back foot most of the night but countered well and landed a lot of flush power shots. Mares scored a KD on vic which seemed like a slip and also mares was deducted a point for low blows.

Can't really argue with the result as it was a tight fight. I scored it 113-112 for Vic.

Vic was very upset with the result and in the post fight interview labelled the referring as disgusting. He said the ref would not let him fight his fight.

The main event was a cracked with Agbeko winning the rematch with Perez and winning back his belt

I was at the fight and it there really were some rounds that were hard to score but I feel Vic landed the more telling shots and with Mares losing the point, Vic wins.
Also, not sure how it looked from a different angle but it seems like the knockdown scored on Vic was more of a slip. How did it look on TV?
