very impressive. beautiful variety of shots, great finish. audley's skills will tell. i actually agree with steve bunce's prediction.
it's all gonna work for audley. what improvement since the dreary points wins against krence and negus.
on that performance, he'd make Skelton look like a complete and utter clown.

Bunce went over the top, and bragged about how he thought Harrison would be a world champ long ago.
People can't get too excited. The guy was once again alot smaller than Audley, and didn't pressurise Harrison so Audley was bound to be in control. Having said that, he bwas able to land some shots in the second and a harder hitter could of troubled audley.
Admittidly Audley looked classy when knocking out Nix, which in itself is impressive seeing as he went 7 recently with Golota.
Good performance, but thats what i expected.
Now i'd like to see him step it up against some top british fighters. Julius Francis would be another stepping stone, then the likes of Sprott and Skelton.

Hah all except me Costa.
Decent performance against a decent punch bag. End of. Still LOTS to prove. Like how's he going to perform when it's not him controlling the pace for starters, which is my biggest concern.
GREAT interview as always. Don't know about his fighting but for chat Audley is already right up there in the P4P ratings. First class.

Adam - do you really think any of those three will really test Harrison? Skelton - possibly, the other two are punchbags - particularly Francis who hasn't "tested" anyone in years!adamiw wrote:Now i'd like to see him step it up against some top british fighters. Before the fight I thought that this was going to be Audleys most difficult fight so far (after seeing the standard of opponent that Nix has been in with) and IMO it was his best performance which bodes well for the future. Audley seemed to be sussing his opponent out in the first couple of rounds as he has done before, even so he did catch Nix with a couple of hard shots in both rounds, then in the third round BOOM!!!!, a devastating and clinical finish, which has surely has put to bed any question marks over Audleys punching power. As I said before the fight Audley is not a one-punch KO artist, but when you have Audleys accuracy you don't need to be (he is a three-punch KO artist). Audleys defence is looking extremely tight and I don't recall Nix laying a clean shot on him.
After seeing Audleys last couple of performances, it is no wonder Danny Williams has gone to Sports Network he obviously realises his hands can't write the checks that his mouths been writing. Expect to see Hide follow him out of the BBC in similar fashion :-)
Conclusion
Audleys sternest test and his best performance. Any questions regarding Audleys supposed lack of power are now laughable. That performance has now convinced me Audley is ready for anyone in the British ranks

I'm not impressed with Fraudley.
C,mon fellas,Nix was s*** scared all thru that bout ,he didn't even look fraudley in the eye at the touch gloves.Even the American post fight interviewer asked him to step up to higher level competition.
I want to see him in with a live wire opponent, where he has to take a few & give a few good shots and come thru.Only then will I be impressed.
My conclusion;- there is no conclusion,Fraudley still hasnt been tested! He's still bowling over bums & journeymen. He has to step up and then we will see his true potential.
