Who next for Vitali
Who next for Vitali
Having a look at the WBC rankings surely the only viable candiate in there top ten is Adamek or Povetkin. http://wbcboxing.com/indexEng.php
Re: Who next for Vitali
The Adamek fight is agreed in principle apparently, its just the little matter of Wlad being fit for Haye that will hold the signing of that up.leforge wrote:Having a look at the WBC rankings surely the only viable candiate in there top ten is Adamek or Povetkin. http://wbcboxing.com/indexEng.php

I cant see Adamek lasting more than 5 rounds. Will sell out a football stadium in Germany though.GLOBALBOX wrote:The Adamek fight is agreed in principle apparently, its just the little matter of Wlad being fit for Haye that will hold the signing of that up.leforge wrote:Having a look at the WBC rankings surely the only viable candiate in there top ten is Adamek or Povetkin. http://wbcboxing.com/indexEng.php

Adamek is due to fight Kevin McBride on the 9th AprilGLOBALBOX wrote:The Adamek fight is agreed in principle apparently, its just the little matter of Wlad being fit for Haye that will hold the signing of that up.leforge wrote:Having a look at the WBC rankings surely the only viable candiate in there top ten is Adamek or Povetkin. http://wbcboxing.com/indexEng.php
Re: Who next for Vitali
Having seen McBride last time out, it should only take Adamek a couple of rounds to get him out of there!Darcy Delaney wrote:Adamek is due to fight Kevin McBride on the 9th April
Nice little warm up fight.
Re: Who next for Vitali
Adamek going to get beat badly by Vitali!Terrrrry wrote:Having seen McBride last time out, it should only take Adamek a couple of rounds to get him out of there!Darcy Delaney wrote:Adamek is due to fight Kevin McBride on the 9th April

Re: Who next for Vitali
Let's be honest, the only HW that wouldn't get beat badky by Vitali is Haye.leforge wrote:Adamek going to get beat badly by Vitali!
Re: Who next for Vitali
I would like to see Povetkin, he looked the part early on then has gone backwards. Haye I think would get knocked out!Terrrrry wrote:Let's be honest, the only HW that wouldn't get beat badky by Vitali is Haye.leforge wrote:Adamek going to get beat badly by Vitali!
Re: Who next for Vitali
Has to be Adamek. At least we know he will come to fight and he'll come in as committed to training as ever.
Re: Who next for Vitali
But he too small!earsjohn wrote:Has to be Adamek. At least we know he will come to fight and he'll come in as committed to training as ever.

Re: Who next for Vitali
Vitali would crush Haye.Even quicker than he would crush Adamek because Adamek is far more durable.Terrrrry wrote:Let's be honest, the only HW that wouldn't get beat badky by Vitali is Haye.leforge wrote:Adamek going to get beat badly by Vitali!

I think wlad going to knock out haye!mickey1975 wrote:Vitali would crush Haye.Even quicker than he would crush Adamek because Adamek is far more durable.Terrrrry wrote:Let's be honest, the only HW that wouldn't get beat badky by Vitali is Haye.leforge wrote:Adamek going to get beat badly by Vitali!
Re: Who next for Vitali
Very much expecting Wlad to soon state his 'injury' needs even longer to heal, so it'll be Haye - Vitali next, unless Haye gets injured...

I think wlad fancies his chances against haye!bfchunk wrote:Very much expecting Wlad to soon state his 'injury' needs even longer to heal, so it'll be Haye - Vitali next, unless Haye gets injured...

Re: Who next for Vitali
Adamek will give it a tough go but will be too small and not good enough to win the title but will give it all he has (unlike a few previous Klitschko opponents) this will mean that Citali gets him out of their earlier than normal, I see it going around 6 rounds
Re: Who next for Vitali
Chisora in June

Can't see that!gobbles wrote:Chisora in June

What about a rematch with Solis? A lot of Vitalis career has been spent complaining about Lennox not giving him a rematch after he was stopped on an injury so it'd be nice to remove accusations of hypocrisy and award Solis a rematch if his knee injury is genuine. After the first round it was shaping up to be a decent scrap.

That will be a year away. He won't be able to train for 9 months and by then he will be 25 stone

Re: Who next for Vitali
i agree with you, solis will be 8 months away from anything too physical, if you are in your 30's and sustain damage to medial or lateral collateral ligaments or anterior or posterior cruciate ligaments...... you are nearly a year away from full fitness again, providing surgery or rehabilitation...or both....goes very very well!!
Re: Who next for Vitali
solis was stiffened up by a glancing shot to the head & was disorientated which made his body spasim. he got owned.gobbles wrote:earsjohn wrote:What about a rematch with Solis? He was awarded a tile shot, got a massive payday and offered nothing...earsjohn wrote:What about a rematch with Solis?
And you want to give him another payday, I sincerely hope that Solis never gets another crack at Vitali.
The way he sat on that stool and smiled to himself sickened me more than anything.
Re: Who next for Vitali
Lets not go back in to it again mate, these arguements have been all over Current Scene. If you want to talk about it, pick it up over there.hurlock wrote:solis was stiffened up by a glancing shot to the head & was disorientated which made his body spasim. he got owned.
