Having a look at the WBC rankings surely the only viable candiate in there top ten is Adamek or Povetkin. http://wbcboxing.com/indexEng.php

The Adamek fight is agreed in principle apparently, its just the little matter of Wlad being fit for Haye that will hold the signing of that up.

I cant see Adamek lasting more than 5 rounds. Will sell out a football stadium in Germany though.

Having seen McBride last time out, it should only take Adamek a couple of rounds to get him out of there!

Nice little warm up fight.

Let's be honest, the only HW that wouldn't get beat badky by Vitali is Haye.

I would like to see Povetkin, he looked the part early on then has gone backwards. Haye I think would get knocked out!

Has to be Adamek. At least we know he will come to fight and he'll come in as committed to training as ever.

Vitali would crush Haye.Even quicker than he would crush Adamek because Adamek is far more durable.

Very much expecting Wlad to soon state his 'injury' needs even longer to heal, so it'll be Haye - Vitali next, unless Haye gets injured...

Adamek will give it a tough go but will be too small and not good enough to win the title but will give it all he has (unlike a few previous Klitschko opponents) this will mean that Citali gets him out of their earlier than normal, I see it going around 6 rounds

What about a rematch with Solis? A lot of Vitalis career has been spent complaining about Lennox not giving him a rematch after he was stopped on an injury so it'd be nice to remove accusations of hypocrisy and award Solis a rematch if his knee injury is genuine. After the first round it was shaping up to be a decent scrap.

That will be a year away. He won't be able to train for 9 months and by then he will be 25 stone

i agree with you, solis will be 8 months away from anything too physical, if you are in your 30's and sustain damage to medial or lateral collateral ligaments or anterior or posterior cruciate ligaments...... you are nearly a year away from full fitness again, providing surgery or rehabilitation...or both....goes very very well!!

solis was stiffened up by a glancing shot to the head & was disorientated which made his body spasim. he got owned.

He was awarded a tile shot, got a massive payday and offered nothing...

And you want to give him another payday, I sincerely hope that Solis never gets another crack at Vitali.

The way he sat on that stool and smiled to himself sickened me more than anything.

Lets not go back in to it again mate, these arguements have been all over Current Scene. If you want to talk about it, pick it up over there.
