It is arguably the weakest division in boxing at world level. The European champion Fegatilli doesn't seem much/any better than domestic class and Sykes would probably be considered one of the weaker reigning British champions. There are quite a few good match ups involving British fighters that can be made at the weight though, so it is a good division in that way, if the matches are made.
