Who beat Bobby Chacon in the Golden Gloves?

I am interested in learning as much as I can about Bobby Chacon's amateur career. Of particular interest is his participation in a Golden Gloves event in 1971 that took place in New Orleans. According to the GG website, the national event that year took place in Fort Worth, so maybe this was a regional thing. Any clarification would be much appreciated.

Also: Was told Chacon lost to the same guy in 1971 and 1972 in national competitions, after which he turned pro and began his storied career. Does anyone know the name of this boxer?
