Muhammad by TKO or clear decision. Flynn at his best had great conditioning, durability, and knew the trick of inside-fighting, but overall he was a very crude boxer and was widely derided at the time for lacking skill. Eddie should be able keep him off with the jab and counter-punches fairly easily if we are talking a 12-15 round fight but Flynn did surprise far superior boxers a few times just by being like night of the living dead and keeping the pressure up after taking a beating.

Don't know enough about Flynn but EMM was not that good at heavy in the fights I remember.

Being a heavyweight is not an issue here, Flynn was only a light heavyweight himself, he has no size advantage here.

At his best, when he fought Jack Johnson, Flynn weighed over 190, so he'd have a definite pull in weight over Eddie, but Eddie would easily outbox him.

Well if it took place in the 80s then emm would beat flynn with ease. If it took place in like 1912 then flynn would probably win by jumping up in the air and headbutting emm like he tried with johnson.

Buzz.. There's a few easily deluded fools who believe you're a character I made up like Sir Arthur Conan Doyle -- to use as a foil for my analysis. I trust you’ve read all of Doyle’s many novels. Everybody loves a good story. Novels are a great respite from the depressing news of the world. I’m a news addict as well.

Now, Doyle needed both the brilliant Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson... That way Watson could lay out all of his rather shallow observations of the crime scene, feeling certain that this time he overlooked nothing... Then Holmes would point out 20 things that Watson and all the detectives and investigators of Scotland Yard missed -- and wryly comment on their supreme importance to the case – which previously was beyond the comprehension of Watson and everyone else who looked at the same evidence.. However, Watson was no dummy, and with deep thought and perseverance he would gasp at Holmes' brilliance when he finally tied everything together in his own mind – while a bored but patient Holmes waited tolerantly for his realizations.

Not having the astute mind of a Dr. Watson – the realizations never quite make it there for you.

Doyle only wrote 4 Holmes novels. The majority were short stories. Anyway I think holmes would laugh at many of your boxing views that seem based on bias rather than fact.
