Primetime awful service....

Post by jessi »

On the 13th of july i had a promotional call from primetime to buy the khan v judah fight, i was going to buy it anyway so i said yes, 30 seconds later (whilst still on the phone) i remembered that you cant record the fight when ordered on the phone, so i told the lady this and she said no problem she will cancel the order and no money will be taken, then today (5 days later) i thought id go on to ch 480 and order it through my remote control only to find out that its already been ordered and i couldent continue. so i went on there website to find a contact number, the only number is an order number, after abit of help from google and an old forum conversation from eastside i found the help line number (if anyone needs it its 0844 842 9844) i got through to a gentleman with a strong scottish accent, he seemed friendly enough, after confirming my details and explaining the problem the phone line went dead (does that happen to anyone else ?) after repeating the process i ended up getting rab's mrs (she to was very polite) it turns out you cant record or even pause a live primetime event, even if it accidently got ordered through the phone line first. So not only is it not in HD i cant even pause it if i need a piss ! I know we are spoilt these days with sky plus boxes and what ever but its pissed me right off. so ive decided to keep my £14.95 in my pocket, Im hoping someone finds a good live stream or i will have to keep my fingers crossed that fury v chisora is good enough to make me forget about the khan fight ! Sorry to moan but primetimelive for the amount they want are awful :box:

You are doing the only thing that will make a difference...voting with your remote. If the PPV bombs then maybe Khan/GBP might wise up.

Although having said that, Primetime just showed Pacman vs Barrera. Quite enjoyed watching that again!

I can't be arsed to go anywhere near Primetime. Shame as I'd like to see this fight.
