When FW posts heavy loses he tends to leave his debts in one company then start up another one afresh.

There was Companies court session 24th August about the winding up of FW Promotions.

"Winding up list" it says. Whatever that means, but looks legit as it's a .gov website. As long as it doesn't affect the shows planned I'm not concerned by it. Never good PR though.

i presume it's just a 'proposal to strike off' at the moment?

No idea CP about the outcome involved in the matter, just a link to some sort of list. It's all in the public domain though on official websites, so it's not hearsay or gossip. Although googling around it would appear that they have tried to wind the company up before, but they have had the matter dismissed by the courts in the past.

Speaking of gossip, in the Jeff Powell interview with Don King he say's that Warren "still owes him a couple of hundred thousand" from their court case he lost.

Also not heard about the £1.8 that Calzaghe was pursuing him through the courts over either in a while. And I doubt that one will go away.
