When FW posts heavy loses he tends to leave his debts in one company then start up another one afresh.

No idea CP about the outcome involved in the matter, just a link to some sort of list. It's all in the public domain though on official websites, so it's not hearsay or gossip. Although googling around it would appear that they have tried to wind the company up before, but they have had the matter dismissed by the courts in the past.Counter-puncher wrote:
