Are they actually tested at fights for possible alcohol and drug intake?

How regular do they have sight tests and also are there any tests in place to see how good their powers of concentration are?

Is sufficient effort made to make sure they have no contact with Promoters and managers of either Boxer and are made to feel safe and secure away from possible threats from the watching crowd?
