Some people never learn from the mistakes of others. Former Australian Light Heavyweight Champion and (up until the weekend) Member for Clarence in the New South Wales Parliament Steve Cansdell must have been asleep when former judge Marcus Einfeld fell afoul of the law.

The irony is that Cansdell, was the parliamentary secretary for police and must have considered himself "above the law".
