Scott Harrison gets licence back

Well Scott Harrison should be back in the ring sometime soon, his licence application was approved by the Scottish area council, and apparently allegedly is interested in signing him back up.

will be good to have him back in the mix again. he was a good euro level fighter at his peak, so may be able to get the WBO belt again :P

I think its silly to talk about him taking on Rees. He will need some fights under his belt at a lower level to see if the old magic is still there.

Looking forward to seeing what Scotts got left in the tank. As someone else has said Harrison Vs Rees (or John Murray) would be a barnstormer, if Scott can make LW and can still perform

His contract would have been with Sports Network, which doesn't exist anymore due to bankruptcy so it wouldn't be valid anyway

From my knowledge of boxing contracts, i wouldn't necessarily presume that it would be that simple. I'm not saying you're wrong but i believe some promoters retain the right to unilaterally assign contracts to other bodies corporate ...

It would defo have lapsed by now, and in the odd event it hasn't then he would have good grounds to sign with someone else.
