This is a brilliant idea and i'll certainly be following your progress, hopefully you'll keep posting videos over the next few years so we can see your progression. I would say that you should change up the shots and locations just for variety.

great stuff pal you just made a new fan.

how exactly did you cook the broccoli and pepper and why did you wait until it cooled down before you put the lid on and put it in the fridge? would you then bring that with you to work? also, where do you work - you have a day job yeah?

so basically the only carbs you eat are those vegetables?

The veg just whacked in the microwave pepper went on the grill with the chicken. The heat from the food condensates if you put the lid on before its cool taste like shit soggy the next day. Im a mobile engineer work all over fixing fork lift trucks i cover from north west London to Milton Keynes, Cambridge so its hard to get the right food at the right times on a bad day I have to eat it all cold if I can't get a microwave.

Will do some videos in the gym from work as long as the boss is ok with it.

Carbs I cycle in so say I will have a carb day 1 in every 5.

Good stuff mate.

Seems like you have the diet nailed on so its surprising to hear you didnt make weight. Is diet a big problem for you? Seems like your bird eats some amount of sh*te, id almost kick her out for bringing that garbage into the house!!!

I think its a great idea to do the video blog and you come accross very well - cool and relaxed which makes watching it enjoyable. Even just something at the end of the day or every second day where you update on how your training/diet etc went or how your feeling etc would be a very good thing to follow

also keep an eye on that bird of yours mate, once the metabolism goes they blow up - i lived with a girl who was gorgeous when i met her but she ate tons of biscuits and cakes and fatty foods (like all women really). about a year into the relationship she started getting a spare tire around the mid second and it got worse and worse.

just something to be aware of mate :TU:

The answer there is yes and no Im a yo yo dieter let myself put to much weight on with not enough time to get it off. Something I need to work on when I'm on the diet and not stressed then its easy pickings but as soon as i get stress over worked etc its harder.

My girlfriends attitude to it is your problem not mine I can eat what I want. Pisses me off but like I said she just hides it in her car or in a cupboard the forgets to put it away witch them pisses me off but what can you do gotta suffer it I guess.

Try selling a ticket in January or Feb mate everyone is skint and unfortunately 90% of boxers are on ticket deals Im giving myself a big window to promote a date get good amount of tickets sold!

If i could sell enough tickets id fight every month and id be at the weight instead of Having long lay off's that during the down time I get fat.

Hence my attempts with my video blog to increase my tickets sales :TU: :TU:

Mate you watched them the wrong way round hence title saying part 2.

Lads tell me a pro boxer that doesn't get involved in sports nutrition now its no big secret these days but the key is when u eat how much and the cycles witch I'm no expert at but if we look at that way it wouldn't help anyone As I didn't make weight must mean its a poor diet.m :KO:

So from that video my opponent now knows what I eat what advantage has he gained? Wait maybe his gonna highjack the vegetable delivery to hamper my prep?? :TU:

The big question is Phil, do you have your eyebrows plucked or do go in for this new fangled 'threading' malarky? :DDD

Good idea though (the blog and the eyebrows), keep it coming fella :TU:

Good question there so I have experimented with the threading but not a fan of it brings me up in spots. I stick to plucking it myself to save money. But my stable mate Joe Smyth is a big fan of threading goes once a week and has a chest wax. Hope that clears up that issue.

Oh one question back at ya do you think I need a pluck or they looking ok?

Yep threading does look painful as well, can't believe I'm saying that to a boxer but you know what I mean :DD
Nope no more pluckage needed they are faultless my friend... My Wife does mine and she reckons you have to leave a fair bit or it starts to look too obvious - I don't mind obviou but I'm not wanting the drag queen look either

I enjoyed that Phil and i think it's a good idea mate......

How often will you upload ?

Couple of questions

1. What weight division are you in ?

2. How many fights have you had (wins /losses)

I think it's a great idea for building up your profile and i will certainly be watching your progress and hoping you do well !!

Ps Quit the junk food shit and stick to within a couple of pounds of your weight limit :OhYes:
