Dear friends,
Following a request by Harold Alderman, I investigates on 1928’s career of former Lightheavy Michele Bonaglia. Among the best Italian boxers of Intermediate Worldwartime Period, Bonaglia’s curriculum did not appear in the celebrated golden pages of Ballarati’s “Pugilato ‘79”, that rich of many stats of European former stars. I checked in former referee Salvatore Salsedo’s book on history of boxing (1957), but as evident in the below list, only the checking on 1928 had produced several tragically unreliable data. Then, I submit this list as starting point of more accurate research on Bonaglia’s career.
Michele BONAGLIA, Born in Druent near Turin, 5 July 1905, died in same location 3 March 1944.
