Upon looking at this fight, I was immediately thinking a UD victory for Witherspoon. But I really wouldn't be surprised if Tua caught him in the mid-to-late rounds and closed the deal.

Spoon 9 out of 10 sounds about right. Tua is massively overrated, he never beat anyone as good as prime Witherspoon and struggled against plenty of lower grade guys.
