The news is slightly conflicting as to whether it was broken before or during the fight. Ward has said that there was a problem with his left hand before the fight but points at the 6th round for the breakages. Anyway, mightily impressive that he can dominate with one hand.

he made froch look even slower than he already is. he boxed the ears off him and looked good doing it. if its true he did that with a broken hand then i think he could be something quite special.

Very impressive indeed. This may explain why he looked distressed for the last couple of rounds and was grimacing in pain while waiting for the decision.

Hopefully the injury doesn't keep him out too long as there are some quality fights out there for him.

nice excuse for the son of god, allah, jehovah, krishna etc.'s inability to even put Froch down even though he had been completely outclassed. Ward is brilliant, a true fight fans fighter the casuals will never take to him, he'd do better fighting out of Germany
