Jeff, I'm still convinced that if you tightened your defence up a tiny bit more your draws and some of your losses would become wins. You're just too careless at times, mate.

I improved my defence last time out - I actually don't get hit that cleanly too often thats why i've retained my striking good looks.

I didn't get hit much at all in the first fight back, or my last one but in Prizefighter I was there for a war and Kris moved and boxed smartly. Thanks for the feedback though and i'll take it on board. I like been in exciting fights and thats probably why I engaged with Wali last time out but felt comfy doing so.

Re optimum weight - I can get to 10st 7lbs no probs I was 11st 1lbs last week - granted i'm a bit heavier now as I'm doing a few weights but I can shift if required.

Just wondered because Jeff is now 30 and has had a mixed record and i would have thought he wouldn't have carried on that much longer, but i can understand him not answering because it gives too much away to other people.
