According to one of the best and most reliable boxing sites on the web, realboxing.com, Charles Brewer travels to Denmark on March 13 to fight Mads Larsen for the IBF super-middleweight title.
I thought Ottke was IBF champion!
Yeah, if you read it , it says that he squares off with Larsden 'for a chance to regain his IBF title' implying that he will get a shot if he beats Larsen.
I think Larsen will have a bit too much for the Hatchet now. If he wasn't shot before Calzaghe, I'm sure that tough fight has set him back further. One thing that surprises me, is Larsen's lack of power - his knockout percentage is tremendous, including a stoppage of an ageing (but still tough) Sugar Boy Malinga, not mainly stopped him. Yet, up against Ottke and Heussiler (who both seem to have tough chins) he couldn't even budge them.

Can this man punch?
He certainly looks like he can punch. He's one of the biggest super-middles I've ever seen. How does he make the weight?
Yeah Larsen has a punchers record but I doubt he's as big a banger as Brewer, who I thought looked pretty good against Freeman Barr. Still very keen, very hard working and very powerful.
I have done many times, he's a pretty remarkable guy, makes you wonder whether under different circumstances with the right handling he couldn't have been a really great fighter.
Well i hope Larsen wins as i expect he will, i don't want to see Ottke-Brewer III Larsen has a massive frame and does his best to fill them with those many tattoos. I think whoever gets another crack at Ottke will just go for broke, Ottke is one of the only unbeaten and longest reigning "shot" fighters i think i have seen
