Both South Wales Daily News and Western Mail reported it was
Young Beynon(Liverpool formerly of Merthyr) who fought Percy Jones on 20-09-1913.
Benyon is miss-spelling of Beynon and Young Beynon appears to have been called Dolly
a couple of times.
Not unusual at that time for Welsh boxer to fight in Liverpool on Thursday and return to
Wales and fight again on following Saturday or Monday.
