70s bantam Eddie Logan

Whatever happened to Eddie "Motorboat" Logan, an exciting bantamweight in the late 70s? He ran up a good record against quality opponents, including a win and a loss to Alberto Sandoval, points loss to Leo Randolph and a thrilling KO of Alfonso Zamora in late '79. Then, as far as I can tell, he never fought again. Anybody know what happened? Injury? Jail? Death?
