todays boxing news , prices for fights

on the back 2 pages there are full page spreads advertising 2 different boxing promotions.

1. mr w.arren - top of bill billy joe saunders in a english title fight and an eliminator for the british light middleweight title.

2. coldwell promotions - bellew vs mcintosh british 175 title + johnn watson vs jason cook

both have decent younger guys on the undercard BUT what i cant inderstand is the pricing as the Wa.rren event is dearer even though i think the Coldwell event has a better quality main event.


Wa.rren - cheapest £40 , Dearest £200 , next dearest is £150

Coldwell - cheapest £30 , Dearest £150 but this is a VIP inner ringside package , next dearest ticket is £80


Nathan Cleverly was supposed to be on the W.arren bill , which would justify the ticket prices being more BUT not with just an English title fight....these prices need to come down.

Does anyone know if the prices for the Warr.en event have changed since Cleverly withdrew from the fight???

I hope so because that is shocking value for money, FW is just money, money and more money. Hatton's have a massive show lined up for 16th June with some cracking names on it and tickets are starting from £30. That is REAL value for money as opposed to the crap FW shows us. Eddie Hearn is also bringing us quality shows.
