02:00 * The fighters jockey back and forth and now the referee is going to use this opportunity to step in and call timeout. He's taking Tszyu by the arm and leading him to the far ropes where the ringside physician can take a look at the cut above Tszyu's eye. 12:19
02:00 * The referee won't stop the fight on his own if the reason for the stoppage directly has to do with a cut or swelling; he'll always consult the ringside doctor. And it looks like, in this case, we're going to see some more boxing because the physician has given his okay to let the fight continue. Both fighters are assuming their positions and the timer has restarted here in Round 5 as the fighters approach one another. 12:19

02:39 The cut on the inside of Tszyu's right eyebrow has worsened and is bleeding a little heavier than it was moments ago. 12:29
02:39 * Davies is taking a close look at the blood trickling down Tszyu's face; and now he steps in and stops the contest. Apparently, he wants the doctor to take a look at the damage done to Tszyu's face, especially the cut above the eye. 12:29
02:39 * The doctor is peering at the wound and he's shrugged his shoulders and he's shaking his head - is that a good thing or bad? Well, it's good from Kostya Tszyu's perspective and the cheer that arises from the crowd tells us all we need to know: there's going to be more fisticuffs in just a moment. Obviously, the damage isn't that bad and Tszyu and Hatton await the signal from the referee to commence firing. The fight resumes here in Round 5. 12:29

02:27 * Ritter is taking a close look at the blood trickling down Robinson's face; and now he steps in and stops the contest. Apparently, he wants the doctor to take a look at the damage done to Robinson's face, especially the cut above the eye. 2:8
02:27 * The referee won't stop the fight on his own if the reason for the stoppage directly has to do with a cut or swelling; he'll always consult the ringside doctor. And it looks like, in this case, we're going to see some more boxing because the physician has given his okay to let the fight continue. And it looks like . . . yes . . . Referee Ritter is notifying the timekeeper to stop the clock. He wants the doctor at ringside to take a look at Robinson's facial wound. 0:6
01:12 * The doctor is peering at the wound and he's shrugged his shoulders and he's shaking his head - is that a good thing or bad? Well, it's good from Robinson's perspective and the cheer that arises from the crowd tells us all we need to know: there's going to be more fisticuffs in just a moment. Re: #4#Event (3) 19-24

Post by NazNaci1 »

Not a great result for my guys, this time. SRL probably edged Armstrong, in my opinion, so I wont complain about a Draw. It was close. That last second KD, not doubt, pulled Armstrong back into it.

As for The Pea, he just got a little out hustled by Wilde, a fair SD loss, though he is 0-1-2, in his first 3.

Competition is obviously pretty brutal, this time. May the best fighter and Manager win!
