Saw the poster the other day. I take Carslaw is having a tune up before his title shot at Rose.

I think Carslaw was confirmed for this show before the Rose fight was common knowledge but i dont know how long he has known about the Rose fight for. Not sure if he had planned it just to keep active and then the way things have went, its became a tune up.
