Chaps, starting to get in to it all a bit now.
Eyeing up a whey protein deal on OneOn, along with their own BCAA tablets ( been told by an absolute monster of a chap that these things are essential ) in order to help my training.
ANyone here ever used them?

I'm using their different protein powders atm.
The trouble with proteins is that is actually quite hard to tell what's the quality as they work over long period of time. It's nearly impossible to establish what the quality is because you'd have to test one product after another in very controlled and exactly the same conditions. Myself I couldn't really do it as I rotate my sups and periodise my training.
I'd say oneon it's probably around myprotein grade and if that's the case, I wouldn't get anything except powders from them. I've tried things like ZMA from myprotein and it was very weak.
