The other day i saw the Ahmad Abdin-Matthew Brooks fight.
In boxrec the result says Abdin w pts8,at the end of the 4th round
Abdin was declared the winner because,brookes had sustained a bad cut and could not continue.So the result should say Abdin w tko5 or tecdec 5
for abdin.The fight was shown on the DSF Channel.

Just watched the same thing (only 12 years later) . Good thing I did a search. And yes, the fight was stopped in the 4th round. I didn't hear the announcement because announcers talked over it so not sure if it was ruled a TKO or a technical decision. But it definitely did not go the 8 round distance.
