The number one boxer of all time is reckoned by many to be Sugar Ray Robinson . At his peak he was dethroned for his undisputed middleweight title by Randolph Turpin . 90 days later in New York Randy had him going again ,and in the 10th with the referee about to stop the fight Sugar Ray landed a peach and after a barrage Turpin was stopped .
I've just checked Boxing News's top 100 magazine again and I can't find Randy mentioned .
I might have missed him , but if I'm right how can you beat the best ever in a world title fight and fail to be mentioned in the top 100 ,when people like Marcel Cerdan are there ??
And there are plenty of video's featuring Turpin so there is no excuse .
