not on the topic but not warrenting a new thread either:

"But when I asked for a 60-day extension because Junior was injured, the European Boxing Union - wrongly in my opinion - refused"-Frank on his being upset at not being able to bid. Amusing how Witter is injured when Frank wants an extension but he "cried off" from fighting Pinto, well Frank, injured or not?

Yes, he twists it to suit himself.

They've cocked the poll up. You can vote as many times as you want. Somebody with nothing better to do has probably just sat there all afternoon sticking votes on a Pinto KO. :D

I think a Hatton fanatic (Real Deal) should get over there and start voting for Hatton.

Chris, I bet you £10 you can't get Hatton by KO in the lead before 20:00 tonight. Pretend you're on "We are the Champions" and go for it!! You can jump in the swimming pool at the end if you win aswell. :D

Probably one of Frank's office cronies has been hitting the Pinto button, to make it look like Ricky is facing the second coming of Sonny Liston!

Well spotted Mr Bassie looks like we are all begining to see Franks true colors.
And from what I hear the story in The N O T World was a load of rubbish, apparently witter was ready to fight but frank tried to pospone the fight due to not having a TV date for it.All medical certificates were sent to the BBB of C and EBU to confirm witter fit to box.He mad a laughing stock of himself by slagging Hennesey when he lost the first purse bid,now he is covering himself for when it is announced that WITTER is boxing on the BBC.
Anybody know of a big promoter called DAVE COLDWELL,Frank mentioned him in the article but I never heard of him?Anybody?

Dave Coldwell, ex Ingle fighter runs Koncrete promotions who hold shows in South Yorkshire. Relatively new to promoting seems to be going about it the right way though. Good value shows.
