Re: Q5 Opinions
I've just ordered some Q5 Joint Armour and SuperFlex... hopefully it'll help, as my shoulder is supertriplefucked at the moment and I can barely train ![[icon_witsend.gif] :witzend:](./images/smilies/icon_witsend.gif)
Re: Q5 Opinions
Seems like another con to me. You either take the real thing or nothing in my opinion. I mean you get all your amino acids from food. Therefore I find it hard to believe that some special blend of amino acids is gonna do a whole lot.
This Q5 company has found a little niche. Everyone else is mugging off bodybuilders so they've decided to con bjj practitoners.
I mean look at the description. It's going on about decreased bodyfat and lean gains. Just to cover their arses though they've put a little disclaimer star at the end. Then at the bottom it says this statement has not been evaluated by the food and drug administration. In fact several lines have that little star *
I'm not trying to put a downer on you buying it Poncey, I'm just being honest. It's all boll*cks.
I know bjj is different to lifting weights, but it's still all about fueling the body with the necessary nutrients. You don't really need more than whey and maybe creatine on top of the proper diet.

I'm usually very sceptical of supplements, but there are some which are very very effective
