'Tiger' Ted Lowry

I noticed that 'Tiger' Ted Lowry does not have a date of birth shown on his record. In an interview he gave in 2003 his age was stated as 83, (1920 dob)

Not too interesting but I'm bored..........

Tiger Ted was portrayed in The Ring, June 1999, by Robert Mladinich. At the age of 79, he was active training pupils twice a week at the Greater Norwalk Boxing Association Gym, Connecticut. He kept a voluminous scrapbook, as well as an "extremly well-written" autobiographical memoir that, if ever published, would either be called
"God's In My Corner: A Portrait Of An American Boxer",
or "The Autobiography Of Tiger Ted Lowrey: A Man Who Owned A Piece Of The Rock".
