Kid George. Australian middleweight 1912 to 1925.

I am asking if Kid George global ID 231726 and Kid George global ID 280748 are indeed the same man. Kid George, ID 231726 fought from 1912 to 1925. On July 12, 1919, he fought vs. Frank Graham for the "Australia - West Australia State middleweight title". Neither fighter was listed as champion or contender.
Kid George global ID 280748 has only two fights listed, Dec. 13, 1913 and Jan. 2, 1914. In his second bout he won the "Western Australia State Middleweight Title". Note that this title is worded slightly differently from the title listed above in the BoxRec records.
Is there any evidence at all that would suggest that the two Kid Georges are the same man? Any evidence at all that they are not the same man? I know that this is from a long time ago, and evidence is hard to come by.
