I may have misheard what Sky said yesterday, but.....

Post by scrap iron »

did anyone else hear Sky say the chief support for Bellew v Miranda is going to be Purdy v Ochieng? I thought this meant, Purdy couldn't make the weight and has moved up to light-middle or Carrasco has pulled out and Ochieng is coming down in weight as a replacement. Looking at the schedule Purdy and Ochieng are still listed in seperate contests. It's possible I misheard and they said "Purdy and Ochieng" chief support and not "Purdy v Ochieng". If anyone knows the latest with this undercard, could they let me know? I'm still gutted Barker pulled out, the bill did look great. Barker must be one of the unluckiest boxers of all time.

They did say it in an advert during Fight Night on Sunday. They also had Purdy vs Ochieng in writing on the screen.

That is a pretty bad mistake to make.
