Oscar Larios v. Celestino Caballero at 122.

These two just missed each other; Larios lost his title in December 2005, and Caballero won his in October 2006. I think Larios would outwork him to win over 12. Caballero didn't hit like a Vazquez, so I don't think he'd have stopped Larios--except possibly on cuts, as Chololo was a bleeder.

This would be a highly entertaining match-up and I could see this going either way. I would like to think Caballero would win because of the variety in his game but I can see Larios outworking him. Either way punches would be landing. I think if Caballero could use his height effectively then he would eek out a decision.

Not in Vegas. They like aggression there. Caballero could be quite inactive at times, such as v. Lacierva, where he ultimately came on as Lacierva faded. Larios wouldn't fade. Larios was the best super bantam post-Pac until Vazquez finally dethroned him.
