How comes Anwar-Miles was a 12 rounder?

Was there a title on the line? It says it was a british title eliminator, but there usually 10 rounders, arn't they?

Because it was a Final Eliminator, final eliminators are 12 and eliminators are 10, but I can understand the confusion, Tv companies are not sure and sometimes Industry people are not sure i.e the Webb v Hall final eliminator, where Halls camp thought it was a ten rounder, I think there has been inconsistencies in the past with them , so it is confusing for people in the Industry and fans alike.
