Sky card RBR
Re: Sky card RBR
Nice bodyslam by Anderson
Re: Sky card RBR
Start of the third...is it just me or does Anderson look a bit under par? Reid looking more up for it.
Re: Sky card RBR
Kenny wins by one fall to zero.
Re: Sky card RBR
Anderson just does not look interested. Maybe he is waiting on Reid shooting his bolt and coming on late.
Re: Sky card RBR
Just what I was thinking...he needs to start showing something though.Ketchel wrote:Anderson just does not look interested. Maybe he is waiting on Reid shooting his bolt and coming on late.
Re: Sky card RBR
Kenny Anderson needs a firework up his arse.
Re: Sky card RBR
Reid fades soon unfortunately

Good stoppage.
Re: Sky card RBR
Most unconvincing appeal to carry on ever from Reid. He shouts, "no I'm alright" and then staggers around on jelly legs ![[icon_shame.gif] :shame:](./images/smilies/icon_shame.gif)

Re: Sky card RBR
reid started well but no way he could ever do close to 12 rounds one big shot and he was done. anderson will have to improve massively if he is to defend his title.
Re: Sky card RBR
Anderson wins after Reid suddenly aged in between the 4th and 5th and came out and looked like his 41 years.
Not impressed by Anderson though. Got the job done but looked half hearted for much of the fight.

Bring on Paul Smith. That would be a great fight. The Dark Destroyer wrote:I'd keep him well away from a George Groves rematch.

Reid was put in there to gift Anderson the British.
Reid is a shell of a shell yet gave him grief.

Re: Sky card RBR
Does anyone get the impression Kenny just was not happy about having to beat up an old Robin Reid?

Awful performance. On the look of that Groves should be begging to get the monkey off his back.

Re: Sky card RBR
Anderson is good at what he does, aggressively stalking opponents with body an head attacks in combinations, when he tried to box his defence lets him down every time. Smith Anderson will be a cracker
Re: Sky card RBR
Kal Yafai v Scott Gladwin now. Looking forward to seeing Yafai.

Re: Sky card RBR
The level of Andersons recent opponents certainly wouldn't have helped him. But even a semi interested Anderson was too much. Much improvement required for his first defence.
Re: Sky card RBR
Yafai wins in the second. Gladwin down four times. Due respect to Gladwin but it looked like man against boy in there. Fourth on the spin for Yafai.

Re: Sky card RBR
Hearn mentioned Booth next for Yafai. Yafai looks very good.
Re: Sky card RBR
He looks very good...but the UK's Roy Jones? Calm down, Johnny.
Re: Sky card RBR
Nah,step back for Groves, people seem to forget that Groves did stop Andersom.Maby Anderson should give Wayne Reed a rematchiamasadlittleboy wrote:Awful performance. On the look of that Groves should be begging to get the monkey off his back.
