Prizefighter Line up and new bonus

Post by 15829 »

Considering it's coming off it's best ever line up the light middle line up is underwhelming to say the least

Craig McEwan
Peter Vaughan
Curtis Valentine
Nav Mansouri
Kris Carslaw
Ryan Toms
Terry Carruthers
Larry Ekundayo

Although there's a new £2000 bonus for every knockout i think it's time to move on from Prizefighter

Nah terry makes 11.2 quite well if given notice(eg Adnan Amar) its just he takes fights so close to the day hes usualy boxing at his walking round weight.

I think its a descent enough line up

Any fight with Valentine involved will be action packed when over just 3 rounds

I think it's a good line up; there are some good lads in there and with the result of the last Prizefighter; who's to say who can win?

I think this is possibly one of the easier ones to predict if Carslaw and Mcewan avoid each other they will meet in the final.. I think Carslaw has this one over 3 rounds that's what my money will be on anyway :)

Mcewan will struggle to make the weight, will be drained, Carslaw don't like pressure, I like skillfull Larry Ekundayo, it suits him, Valentine, Navid Mansouri, Vaughn and Curruthers will go all out for the 3 rounds, Ryan Toms struggles with the weiight at 11st so this will be better for him a very good prizefighter with so many different styles. Can't wait.

Looking forward to seeing valentine after watching him smash Ryan Aston to his first defeat a few months ago.

Larry Ekundayo is the one that stands out for me. He could be one to watch.

Fans and boxers seem to love it, but i can't get into prizefighter for some reason. I'll still end up watching it though

I reckon Carslaw's awkward style may make him hard to beat over 3 rounds but for me he still needs to drop a weight division to do really well.

It's a decent line up but for me bringing in a KO bonus is an acknowledgement that the format has gone stale. I'd much rather see Carslaw v McEwan over ten for a Scottish strap up here - who wins over three rounds means nothing in a well matched fight :witzend:

Prizefighter is just poo. That's all I have to say. Whenever I see it in the listings I just sigh, it's like, "another week with no proper boxing on Sky"....
