Lee Haskins Vs. Stephane Jamoye on ESPN?
Lee Haskins Vs. Stephane Jamoye on ESPN?
Noticed on my TiVo EPG and the ESPN website that ESPN are showing "Live Boxing" on the 14th December.
Whilst they don't confirm what fight will be shown, Haskins is fighting over in Belgium that night. Alternatively Brian Rose is fighting Sam Webb for the British title on the same night.
Does anyone know what fight is being shown?

X2. Jamoye is a quality operator and fights more mature than his 23 years.iamasadlittleboy wrote:Not sure, but I've got to admit I rate Jamoye very highly.
ESPN aren't listed as the channel to be broadcasting this fight.

Espn seem to be showing a lot more boxing lately. Would be good if they took Hatton's stable.

I've heard rumous that ESPN isn't doing that well in the UK in terms of subscribers and are in some trouble.

Would be a shame, though they will NEVER have the same sort of numbers (as a % of population) as they have in the US. I do love ESPN though.stujones wrote:I've heard rumous that ESPN isn't doing that well in the UK in terms of subscribers and are in some trouble.

When BT Sports launch in the summer, I think we will see the end of ESPN. ESPN America however may continue to broadcast continuing their coverage of colleague sports and potentially Friday Night Fights. Any recent TV rights snapped up by ESPN have been short term deals that will expire in the summer, or even in the next few months. The writing is definitely on the wall.stujones wrote:I've heard rumous that ESPN isn't doing that well in the UK in terms of subscribers and are in some trouble.

Surprised noone is speaking of this result. Haskins was stopped in the 8th. A great fight by most reports.
