Crolla vs Farrel... Battle of Manchester for £1.49 bargain

Post by iftkwoody »

Am looking forward to this one as it could be a cracker.

£1.50 is a great price hope it works out for coldwell.tv could be the start of something. I know you can get streams of fights but this is what all the small hall shows should do. It'd make em put on decent fights and would bring a little bit of extra revenue if it sells well I spose.

Anyway good luck to the lads ill be watching

I ordered this show but when I click on the "Play" arrow on the screen nothing happens. It is now just at 7:10 p.m. UK time.

So if you don't have the listed Apple hardware you can't order and watch the fights, correct or incorrect?

Okay. Apologies for being a biff. So if I register via email on the site, I can then buy the fight and watch it on there i.e. I don't need any technology above and beyond my computer and modem? Thanks for your help BTW.

You don't need any special technology no but you might need an itunes or google account to pay....not sure if they have any other payment methods set up? register by email and see what options it gives you.

Must be a delay processing payments. I've paid but when I log on via my iPad I get to the main screen, click on the play sign and nothing happens. Play sign disappears but no action?. Doesn't
Say u need any particular software, no error messages?..

Okay. I have just ordered this as follows and it was seamless. I am now watching a crystal clear stream.

1. Went to Coldwell's site
2. Registered via email
3. Paid for the fight via Paypal
4. Went back to Coldwell's site and logged in using email.
5. Hit play and Bob's you uncle.

Matty Clarkson has just won on points.

Must be a software thing. Logged on my laptop went straight on no problem. I guess u need things like shock wave player etc. Normally you would get an error message though either telling you, or giving you the option to download. Ryan Doyle coming out now. From what I've seen so far it's a fairly good production.

I've now lost images and just got sound. I expect a few teething problems and I'm prepared to cut some slack, although by the sound of things I've just missed a knockdown.

Edit: images back now.

Phil Edwards rightly waves the fight off in the first after Ryan Doyle knocked his opponent over for the second time in the round. Soft opponent.

What a turnaround from Chris Healey. He was dropped in the first by the heavy-handed "Mila" and I agree with Jamie that he (Healey) should be down at light-heavy rather than cruiserweight. He edged the second. Dominated the third and then, in the fourth, "Mila" completely ran out of gas and Healey forced the stoppage. Good scrap.

The girl doing the interviews has just asked the cruiserweight, Healey, if he has any intentions of going up to lightweight!? :D She'll be okay after she's chilled out a bit and relaxed into the job to be fair.

I really hope it pays for Coldwell. I think the price is fair and the product decent. Being able to pick and choose what shows you watch is preferable to paying a subscription and crossing your fingers.

This fight is almost matched too well. Barrow's Liam Conroy nearly got stopped by Angolan (not quite Esteban) DeJesus in the fifth of six. Conroy did enough to win (I think - waiting the announcement) but he has plenty to go home and work on. Top matchmaking.
