Hagler was so hard that he used to make his younger brother Robbie Sims clean his own half of the room they shared growing up :box:

I ended up getting Hagler for free because I ordered Duran and they sent me Marvin. Greatest Middleweight ever imo, truly underrated skills. He was a beautiful Boxer.

You're not a moderator. If the thread interests you, post in it. If it doesn't, mind your own business.

Why is there a feature for reporting posts, including as off-topic?
I'll post in any thread I like, and this one interested me because of its title.
Didn't know that CS was now for people to post threads every time they get a DVD set of a past fighter.

Aye, Hagler was a fantastic fighter. Gets my nod too for the greatest middleweight of all time.

Yep; I'd lean slightly to Hagler.

Greb is pretty untouchable when it comes to names. He and langford are the two most impressive fighters in that regard. Yes, more than Sugar.

would pay serious money to know for a fact how Marvin Hagler would have faired against Carlos Monzon, James Toney, Bernard Hopkins and Roy Jones. Would also like to know how he would have done against the great 168 pounders that followed him. Would pay a king's ransom to know how he would have done against Michael Spinks at a catch weight. Spinks would have done it but Marvin was a middleweight through and through.

Any thoughts?

I'll give you one thought, at Middleweight, Toney has zero chance against Hagler. None at all.
