Paragraph on Griffiths-Mann in Boxing as follows:
"Watt Griffths (Watt Sailor) of Aberdare was disappointed last Monday by Sam Hare's failure to keep his engagement to box with him. On the present occasion he was himself the disappointing person, as he refused to meet Ted Mann, who had travelled down from London for the purpose, unless he was paid an extra fee. The syndicate refused to accede to his demands and Watt would be better advised to settle these little matters beforehand." By-line, C A Barnett.
