Franklyn was a proper hard case...what an achievement beating Graham especially when Graham came back all those years later to prove he wasnt totally shot

For anyone wanting to know frank grant's ok living in mirfield west Yorkshire and doing fine. i just found out I've got gilberts disease / syndrome but its nothing serious apparently I've had it all my life, other than that I'm fit strong and working, driving [hgv], still work out and run occasionally. i don't so much bother watching boxing but I'm very interested mma the top fighters are great, it's definitely a sport i would have been interested if i had my youth again

cheers

I used to work with Frank as a grab drivers mate and I tell you what, that was only a few years back and he was still a machine! I used to dread working Saturday overtime as I knew that I was in for not just shovelling muck, I was in for a Frank Grant workout, guy used to wipe me out and would stand on the back of the wagon grinning at my pain!! Joking aside, smashing bloke, always felt safe working with him, can't understand why, haha, aye up Frank, hope you and your good lady are well! Danny (still in pain) Richardson.
