Johnny Kilbane's Title Reign

We have not talked much about fighters from long lately, so I thought this may be interesting. Don't believe we have discussed this much.

Wanted to hear what people thought about Kilbane's title reign.
He was the featherweight champion for 11 years; however he only won a few title fights in that time.

How impressive of a title reign was this?
