According to a write-up by John Ort in the November 1969 Ring Magazine, 12 year old Daniel Levesque lost an amateur fight in 1969 at the age of 12 against Jacques Noel. The match was promoted by Daniel's father, Canadian fight promoter Regis Levesque, in Cap de la Madeleine, in Quebec Province.

This is incorrect. The articles reads:

According to a write-up by John Ort in the November 1969 Ring Magazine, 12 year old Daniel Levesque lost a decision in a professional boxing match against another 12 year old, Jacques Noel. The match was promoted by Daniel's father, Canadian fight promoter Regis Levesque, in Cap de la Madeleine, in Quebec Province. Both fighters were paid 25 dollars.

I believe this fight should be listed on Levesque record.
