Iv just noticed Iv had my record changed and they have took my biggers better fights off, does any1 know why they decided this? And is this now my official record? The two heavyweight fights showed I can take a shot and my quick loses were just down to not training n not trying ( not saying I would of won, but def cud of tried harder in them) and were also not bad level boxers but i ain't complaining at the change of record

I thought you boxed really well in those 'biggers better' fights - especially Maizkin.

So has David Hayes win over chisora also been taken off ? No it hasnt

If not then how has this been decided .

I kow this is old ground and a debate thats been had already but boxrec had a view of things and wouldnt change their mind and yet now they decide to chalk off something like biggers better which in my view should also mean the same for Haye vs Chisora

A lot of unsanctioned female fights are included on their records on the site, I know Miyao's profile on Ohashi Gym has her record as not including the unsanctioned bouts.

Yeah i get what your saying lee but surely that would mean any boxing in cyprus is Unlicensed wouldnt it ?
But im thinking in terms of if the boxers are licensed , referee , promoters etc etc , the fact theres no board in cyprus shouldnt really matter , i know it does , but you would think that whatever nation the promoter holds his license with would then license it .

Unless of course that the promoter isnt licensed at all , which if thats the case and its effectively an unlicensed show then did you end up getting suspended by the board for it ? as ive always thought if a licensed boxer boxes on an unlicensed show that they can be stripped of their license .

Im not being a dick here , just genuinely asking about it .

What I got told mate was they class Cyprus pro boxing as unlicensed as ther governed by the local council to what rules they have to abide by where as places that the board recognise are country's with a governing body. For me Stev smoger was my ref so anything he's involved in cnt be bad or why would he be used in so many world title fights??

As well as not being sanctioned, the rules of the Bigger Better shows include:

1. All participants must provide a valid Kickboxing/Thai boxing /Muay thai boxing /MMA ( mixed Martial arts ) license and all medical information must be in order as well as personal health insurance. [Note: NO valid Boxing license required]
2. Back-fist allowed.
3. Fighters can fight with or without shoes.

I hope that clears it up for you :TU:

I think ther right to be taken off or you'd have to start recognising every fight any1 had sanctioned or not
