I eat steak, and haven't noticed any dick shrinkage because of the creatine in it.

I used to take creatine when I was 18-21, and I never noticed any sort of 'shrinkage' problem. This isn't anabolic steroids we are talking about here, and even steroids don't shrink your penis, only your balls. REAL CREATINE SIDE-EFFECTS TO LOOK OUT FOR: Make your kidneys hurt like a son of a bitch, and have to piss all the time. Hurt my kidneys so bad, I quit taking it altogether. I did try to go back on it a few times over the last few years, but I think the newer formulas are nowhere near as potent as they were when it first came out. When it first came out, I went from 175 pounds to 210 pounds. Water weight mainly, but none the less. These newer formulas, I don't notice any substantial changes.

For all the dangers people talk about using creatine, they are maybe abusing it because steak has creatine in it and I've never heard about steak ruining your kidneys. I think it's more the abuse of creatine that causes this.
