Possible JC Chavez Jr. record discrepancy?

Possible JC Chavez Jr. record discrepancy? According to Fightnews.com “Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. won his sixth victory in a row when he KO’d Guadalupe Valdez in Round one. The official time was 2:06.” 3/27/04 Yesterday and not G. Arce like boxrec claims. Which is correct?
